I. Submission Guidelines

1. Submission Format: Abstracts are the primary form of submission. Abstracts accepted for inclusion in the conference proceedings will not require copyright transfer.

2. Target Contributors: Faculty and researchers from universities and research institutes, members of sports teams, representatives of relevant enterprises, and students and professionals in sports-related fields nationwide.

3. Submission Requirements:

(1) The content and academic findings presented in the abstract must be derived from research completed in recent years. The submission must be the independent work of the author (or research team), must fully respect the intellectual property rights of others, and must not have been previously presented at a national academic conference or published in any public journal. Submissions must not contain confidential information. Authors are responsible for the authenticity and objectivity of their work. Please confirm all author names and affiliations before submission, as no modifications will be allowed afterward.

(2) Submit one A4-formatted abstract of 600-1000 words. The abstract should include the research scope, title, objective(s), methods, results, conclusion(s), and keywords. The main text must not contain author information, figures, or tables (see the attachment for specific formatting requirements). Submissions that do not meet the word-count requirement will not be accepted.

(3) Each contributor may submit only one abstract as the first author.

4. Notes:

(1) The conference organizing committee will check all submitted abstracts for plagiarism and academic misconduct using the CNKI Academic Misconduct Detection System. Submissions that fail to meet the requirements will not be accepted.

(2) During compilation of the abstract proceedings, only formatting elements, such as font, font size, and layout, will be edited; the text itself will not be revised. Please do not include any confidential information, and ensure the accuracy of all submitted details. Authors bear full responsibility for the content and are advised to keep a copy of their submission.
